    I don't know for certain but it's highly unlikely they'd have separate ones. It'd be like a GOTY edition or a Limited Edition version of a game having a separate trophy list to the original.

    I've heard that Modnation Racer has a europe and an asian trophy list. Not sure for definate though. Might be worth checking out

    Not necessarily.
    It's a list of games that, due to being released in multiple regions, have duplicate trophy lists.
    The trophy list is the same but it basically means that whores can get the same platinum twice by getting the game shipped from wherever is listed in the thread.. Cheap, whorish, sorta cheaty way to get trophies... meh, if they wanna learn Chinese for a platinum then that's their problem.

    This is a good set information for the trophy hunters and whores out there. Some of these games, I didn't even know had a second, third or fourth set of list. This is interesting.
