Synopsis:
Dead to Rights: Retribution is what "Die Hard" should have been in a video game. Gunfights, hand-to-hand combats, violence, takedowns, bloodsheds and looooooooots of "Fuck you !". Not enough? Here's a fucking malicious and smart wolfdog who loves to kill badasses in a silent but vicious bite. Many of those trophies are story-based so be warned : /!\ SPOILERS INSIDE /!\

Medal of valor
Gold rating on every level
Every chapter are rated upon specific conditions : Time, "Variation" (you have to mix your killing methods : gunshots, hand-to-hand, grapples & takedowns), Shadow's kills (see "Finish him Shadow!" for help), Survival, Counters & Stealth kills. Those bonuses are calculated with a modifyer : 1.25 on OFFICER & 1.5 on DETECTIVE. Advice : don't care about time, try to cap the "variation", shadow's kills, survival, counters & stealth.

Retribution
Complete the game on DETECTIVE difficulty
Finish the game on the hardest difficulty. As the other difficulties, you are always alone vs a huge wave of mobs... but your "health" is much more frail. This trophy may be a pain to complete on the first playthrough, so try to play on DETECTIVE difficulty until you reach the fourth chapter and see if you can handle this.

Finish him Shadow!
Combine Jack and Shadow to kill 20 enemies in any level, on OFFICER or greater difficulty.
Try to earn this one with the "Brawler" trophy. Lower your ennemies' health by punching them until you see the Takedown QTE then grab them (

), kick them ( and then ) and order Shadow to kill them (
). Do this 20 times in a single chapter.

Achieve maximum CLEAR TIME BONUS on any level (excluding the Prologue)
Play until you reach the third chapter and try to choose a chapter you are at ease. This trophy needs that you know a chapter very well. Grab, disarm and do headshots or just do headshots on your ennemies as often as possible.

Complete a level without Jack or Shadow dying (levels 3-10)
Play any chapter between 3 and 10 on the easiest difficulty and don't let Jack or Shadow die.

Very easy actually, just spam this sequence : 
100 times and the trophy is yours. Go for the "Featherweight" trophy before this one.

Honor the dead
Collect 50 cop badges
Ten chapters, five badges within each : you'll need to find them all. Here's the location of all 50.
Chapter 1
Spoiler
1. As you enter the building search to the right hand side after going through the metal detectors - it's on a bench in the corner near a second set of metal detectors.
2. After you exit the elevator you'll come to some hostages, in the next room on the left side the badge is on a desk.
3.After you exit the second elevator you'll come to some more hostages and head to the TV studio, the badge is on the floor near the front desk of the studio.
4.In the TV studio where you rescue the hostages, look under the stairs.
5.As you are chasing Riggs you'll come to some stairs and a sniper, kill the enemies and before you exit at the top of the stairs (ends level) look on the oil drum on the left. If you screw up, during the cutscene press start and reload checkpoint.
Chapter 2
Spoiler
1. As you enter the compound as shadow simply look to the right next to two bins.
2. After you have grabbed the keycard as Shadow, look in the room opposite/next where the guard was it's on the floor - there is a crawl space for Shadow to enter here.
3. After you have gathered the first piece of evidence you'll then head to and outside area. The badge is on the ground in the center.
4. During the defence fight head up the walkways to find the badge on the floor here.
5. During the chase scene, look next to the first yellow forklift you see after walking up the ramp made of red containers, it's on the ground next to it.
Chapter 3
Spoiler
1. As soon as you exit the alleys at the start, simply head across the street it's on the floor next to the cop car.
2. Once you enter the road beneath the railway bridge, on the right of the street a little way down are some steps leading down. The badge is right here on the wooden walkway.
3. After the bridge area you'll go through some double doors into a warehouse. The badge is on the right as you enter.
4. In the room where you see the Tseng cutscene, it's on the table next to the drugs.
5. On an unmissable crate on the train after you defuse bomb number 3.
Chapter 4
Spoiler
1. As you enter the tunnel the badge is on the left on the floor next to a chain link fenced area.
2. Before heading up the stairs to exit the train platforms, turn around and enter the archway at the other end of the platform.
3. By the revolving doors in the ticket offices area.
4. As you enter the area to defuse the bombs, head down the right stairs and look in the area to the side of them to find the badge.
5. After you defuse the three bombs and head after Tseng, you'll come to an area with two staircases. Take the stairs on the right and grab the badge which rests on the ticket booth.
Chapter 5
Spoiler
1. As Shadow just before entering the warehouse itself there is a digger and an area next to it with the badge on the ground.
2. After being ambushed by the GAC for the first time, head on out and you'll see some train tracks and a large GAC vehicle. The Badge is on the ground next to it.
3. Whilst being chased by gunship you'll enter a covered bridge entering a warhouse. Proceed down the stairs as as you walk through the warehouse it's on your left side in the area you exit the warhouse just before the elevator.
4. After going down the lift you'll enter a sewer network. Just next to where you hit the first switch there is an archway which leads to the badge on the floor inside.
5. After entering the second sewer area and pulling the second switch, there is another archway with a badge on the floor inside here.
Chapter 6
Spoiler
1. Right near the very first weapons crate, head down the slope on the left side to grab the badge on the ground.
2. As you face off against the first mounted gun turret head to the left side through the arch and you'll find the badge on the right next to a crate which has two guns on top.
3. Just after you meet the Heavy GAC gunner, enter the garage and look to the left hand side behind the truck.
4. After taking control of Shadow, head around the back of the base under the bridge on the left side. the badge is in the far corner on the ground.
5. As you approach the third helipad, there is an area to the right of the entrance, the badge is on the ground behind some crates.
Chapter 7
Spoiler
1.Once you resume control of Jack it's on one of the tables to the right of the bar.
2. As you escort Faith along the walkways, behind the first ammo crate there is a badge.
3. After crossing the second walkway it's immediately on the left.
4. Once you reach the helipad it's on the right side of the elevator on the ground.
5. Go down the three sets of ladders, then as you follow the path immediately on your left is the badge on the ground next to a vent.
Chapter 8
Spoiler
1.As you enter Temple Tower via the left glass doors the badge is on the desk on the left.
2. In the room on the right when you arrest Julian Temple in the monitor room.
3. On the audience seating in the TV studio.
4. In the area where you fight the gunship look next to the 4th pillar from the elevator you come down from.
5. Go down the elevator to the lobby but DO NOT KILL THE GAC HEAVY TROOPER as this triggers the end of mission. Run to the far stairs first to grab the badge.
Chapter 9
Spoiler
1.Cross the bridge on the left and head to the left corner to find the badge on the ground.
2. As you enter through the first double doors in the police station look around the desk on the left side of room.
3. In the cells area, the room which triggers the cutscene where you drop off the prisoner. It's on the floor.
4. Next to left hand side boxing ring on the ground.
5. In the area where you defend Inness on the rooftop, if you look next to the steps as you first enter this area and you'll see the badge on the ground.
Chapter 10
Spoiler
1.Once you've left the troops as you infiltrate, you'll be asked to bypass to get into the comms room. As you jump over the wall look at the bed directly ahead to find the badge.
2. Make your way down to the bottom floor of the command room and it's on one of the workstations.
3. Head up to the top floor of the command room and it's on the walkway floor near the exit door.
4. As you move into the next area from the command room, you'll enter a room with rain pouring in through the ceiling. The badge is behind one of the green blocks here.
5. Right after you have used the power suit and dropped down to fight three enemies. In this operating room look to the right side to find the last badge on the floor.

Silver rating on every level
You can go directly for "Medal of valor" and be awarded with "Medal of bravery" and "Medal of merit".

You'll certainly earn this one without even trying to but if you haven't, read "Medal of valor" for help.

Complete any level with 10 silent kills, on OFFICER or greater difficulty.
Do 10 stealth kills as Shadow. Go for the second chapter and kill every badasses in the warehouse at the beginning of the chapter with the QTE while you're in "stealth" mode (hold down 
- foes must be light blue colored).

Bronze trophies:
Boom!
Get 30 headshots in any level, on OFFICER or greater difficulty.
Very easy when you have the right timing with the "disarm headshot". Do it 30 times in a single chapter and you'll earn it.

Perform 50 disarms
Very easy, just do 50 disarms. No need to do it in a single chapter, you have a whole save to do it. You'll earn it without trying to, so don't worry about this one.

Run straight to a desk where a mob is hiding behind, press the button when you see the leap QTE and press to give your knee in a very gentle way.

Take a GAC hostage
When you encounter your first GAC mobs, grab one ( + ) and press to make him your hostage. Easy.

Open 10 doors with a hostage head
This one is a little bit tricky. You won't have so many chances to do it, so we'll need to find a good spot, load a checkpoint and repeat until we'll have it. Chapter 2 is good for it. When you resume control of Jack after Shadow gets you the key, you will come in a warehouse section. Grab a guard as hostage and take him to the warehouse door. Press the button when you're prompted for to open the door with your hostage's head. Now go to the chain fence and use the same hostage to open it. Reaload your previous checkpoint, turn around, grab a guard, chain fence, open, reload, and so on... Ding! Trophy.
